The Enlisted Association of the National Guard of Kentucky is governed by an Executive Council elected by the membership. Officers serve two-year terms. Standing committees carry out the work of the association between conferences.

Ten standing committees are established under the By-Laws. Chairs are appointed by the President with the consent of the Executive Council.
Finance

Reviews the annual budget and recommends dues rates to the Executive Council.
Membership

Drives recruiting toward 50 percent of senior enlisted end strength and 25 percent of junior enlisted end strength.
Social Media

Manages the association website and official publications.
Public Relations

Maintains relationships with Congress, state government, and Public Affairs offices.

Places a representative in every MACOM to carry association information down to the units.
