Every officer of this association serves in addition to a full-time job and a military obligation. Send your message to the right officer and you will get a faster answer.
If you are not sure who to write to, use the President's address and it will be routed.

These addresses follow the office. When an officer changes, the address still reaches whoever holds the seat.
Association business, press and public affairs, partnership enquiries, and anything that does not fit below. If you are not sure, use this one.
Membership dues, billing, and payments. Questions about a charge, updating a card on file, cancelling a recurring contribution, or a receipt you need.
Minutes, committee reports, and association records. Say what you need and roughly when it dates from.

If something needs to change, put it in writing. Any member can bring a resolution to the floor of the state conference. Submit a resolution

Response times
Most messages get
a reply in a few days.
During drill weekends, annual training, and state emergencies it can take longer.
If something is urgent and involves a member in crisis, say so in the subject line.
