Someone has to speak for the enlisted force.
Since 1972 that has been this association. We write the resolutions, carry them to the national conference, and sit down with the Kentucky congressional delegation. Every member adds weight to that.
A resolution starts in a drill hall and ends in Congress.
Any member can write one. It moves from the state conference, through Area II, to the national floor. Resolutions adopted there become the EANGUS legislative agenda.
That path is the whole point of the association. Pay, benefits, training, retirement. None of it changes because someone complained in the motor pool. It changes because a Guardsman put it in writing and enough people voted for it.
Three places to start
