Area II is the regional caucus. Ten state and territory associations compare notes, coordinate legislative messaging, and decide how to move together before the national floor.
It is the smallest of the three conferences and the easiest place for a first-time attendee to get a feel for how the association works.

The host state rotates. Registration works the same way as the state conference, so register before you travel. This page will carry the dates and location as soon as Delaware publishes them.

The 2026 mid-winter met 24 and 25 April 2026 in Gettysburg, Pennsylvania, hosted by the Pennsylvania association.
Kentucky's deadline
The Committee on Resolutions forwards Kentucky positions to the EANGUS Committee on Resolutions by 30 May, after the mid-winter and before the national conference. Submit a resolution

Ten delegations make up EANGUS Area II. When the area moves together on a resolution, it carries more weight on the national floor than any single state can.

No rank requirement
Attendance is open to members. Register in advance, the same as the state conference.
It sits between the two
